Strength & Fitness

Whatever your goals are, I am certified to help you meet them. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, from those taking their first steps into fitness, to weekend warriors trying to get a few extra yards on the golf course, to elite athletes trying to find and maintain high performance. I focus on 5 main areas to assess your needs and implement a plan to meet them.

Strength

I use many methods to build strength: proper lifting and manuevering of dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machine, sandbells,TRX® and good old-fashioned body weight!

Cardio

Cardio isn't just about the treadmill or a machine. I will challenge you using alternative methods of cardiovasular training while also incorporating low impact and high impact (plyometric) workouts.

Nutrition Coaching

We will set realistic and attainable nutrition goals. You will learn how to make healthy food choices, prepare easy and well balanced meals and receive industry news and recipes the whole family will enjoy!

Functional Movement Screen & Fitness Assessment

I begin all of my clients with a Functional Movement Screen and Fitness Assessment. We will check for strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances. Depending on your needs, this can help us improve performance and protect from long-term injuries.

Yoga for Flexibility & Balance

We will use various techniques utilizing body weight to lock-in your fullest potential. Manipulation of certain muscle groups will help improve balance and flexibility. Yoga principles of structural alignment and breathing tie the whole format together.

Pickleball Coach & Trainer

Renee is a USAPA Certified Pickleball Coach and a well-known and highly respected pickleball player within the tri-state area offering private and group lessons and workshops for all levels of play from beginner to advanced.

Yoga

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

 

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
